Shipping

Your order is fulfilled and posted out for FREE the next day - except for orders placed on Saturday. For UK orders, we use Royal Mail for all our shipments - usually, delivery time is 2-5 days with tracking provided. For orders abroad please allow 6-8 days for your item/s to arrive. You can track your parcel anytime by using the link in your email or using the link in our menu.

Returns

We want you to shop with peace of mind so we give all our clients a 30-day refund window from when you've received your goods. We understand sometimes things don't work out and in that case, all we ask from you is that items are returned in a re-sellable condition with tags intact. Fortunately, we can offer you a return on most of our items however for hygienic reasons some pieces/Items are not eligible for a refund (please check before your purchase) such items are: swimwear, bodysuits, underwear, and earring are also included. Please send your refund request to info@sierrablufashion.com for online purchases or pop into our flagship store in Lewisham and we'll be happy to help. Refunds are returned to the original method of payment. Unfortunately, at this time we do not cover shipping for returns.
